1. Who we are
The Hormone Harmony Network ("THHN", "we", "us") is run by Seema Sharma, [business address], Nyon, Switzerland. We are responsible for your personal data (the "data controller"). Contact: connect@seemasharma.ch.

2. Which laws apply
We handle personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where they apply, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

3. What we collect

Contact details: your name, email address and phone number, when you contact us, book a call or subscribe.
Booking and payment details: what you've booked or bought, and payment confirmation. We do not see or store your full card details.
Health and personal information you choose to share: for example symptoms, health history and personal circumstances, shared in sessions or booking forms.
Messages: emails, WhatsApp messages or voice notes you send us.
Newsletter data: your email address and whether you've opened our emails.
Website data: your IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 11).

4. How we use it, and why we're allowed to

To provide sessions, packages and workshops you've booked: because it's necessary for our agreement with you.
To use health information to support you: only with your explicit consent.
To reply to your enquiries: in our legitimate interest in responding to you.
To send our newsletter: only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To understand how the Site is used and improve it: with your consent, through analytics cookies.
To keep financial records and meet legal obligations: because the law requires it.

5. Your health information
Health information is sensitive, and we treat it with particular care. We only collect what's needed to support you, keep it confidential, and never share it with anyone without your permission, unless the law requires it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, though this may mean we can no longer offer some services.

6. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run THHN, and only as much as they need:

Wix: website hosting, forms, bookings and our members area
Wix Payments: to process payments
Zoom / Google Meet: for online sessions
WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us this way
Wix Newsletter tool: to send our emails
Google Analytics: to understand Site use, with your consent
Professional advisers such as an accountant, and authorities where the law requires it

7. International transfers
Some of these providers store data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Frameworks or standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 1 year after our last contact
Client records and session notes: 2 years after our last session, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
Financial records: 10 years, as required by Swiss law
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
Cookies: as set out in our cookie banner

9. Keeping your data secure
We use password-protected accounts, secure platforms and access limited to Seema. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will act promptly if anything goes wrong.

10. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email connect@seemasharma.ch and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the data protection authority in your EU country, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

11. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the Site work, and, with your permission, analytics cookies to understand how it's used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner and change your choice at any time.

12. Children
Our Site and services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
