With personal experience managing hormonal health and now in perimenopause myself, I understand the complexities you might be facing.
I believe that within each of us lies the strength and wisdom to embrace these changes in us. With a light-hearted approach and a gentle nudge I can help you reconnnect to them.

Hi, I'm Seema, a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist equipped to assist you with personalised lifestyle changes and wellness plans. My approach is rooted in active listening, providing support and guidance as you uncover the answers within yourself. I understand that sometimes, all we need is a moment and a gentle nudge to realize our own wisdom. As a South Asian British-Swiss woman, I care deeply about creating space where women who’ve had similar cultural experiences feel seen while making sure every woman feels represented and understood. The Hormone Harmony Network
I was tired of feeling tired, joyless, restricted, anxious, demotivated and overwhelmed. I looked around, I wasn't the only one.
I founded The Hormone Harmony Network (THHN) to create a vibrant community and resource centre for women navigating the complexities of menopause. Recognising the overwhelming and often conflicting information available, I envisioned THHN as a place where women can find accurate, evidence-based resources and connect with others on similar journeys. I want to change the way we look at menopause - from a challenging phase in our lives to an empowering journey of self-discovery and growth - sprinkled with JOY and HAPPINESS because it really doesn't have to be all doom and gloom.

The first real sign of menopause is hot flashes
Truth:
While hot flashes are common, they’re not universal. Other early signs can include anxiety, brain fog, joint pain, sleep issues, or mood swings. There are over 30(!) recognised symptoms.
