The Hormone Harmony Network ("THHN", "we", "us") is run by Seema Sharma, [business address], Nyon, Switzerland. You can contact us at connect@seemasharma.ch. These terms apply to your use of www.thehormoneharmonynetwork.com (the "Site") and to any services or products you buy from us.

2. Using the Site
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

3. Information, not medical advice
Everything on the Site and in our sessions, workshops and resources is for information and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional. Please speak to your doctor before changing any medication or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer.

4. Services and bookings
We offer a free introduction call, 1:1 sessions such as The Midlife Map, support packages, and workshops and talks. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and, for paid services, once payment has been received. We may decline a booking if we don't feel a service is right for you, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Prices are not subject to VAT. Payment for sessions and packages is due in full at the time of booking. Workshop and talk fees are agreed in writing in advance.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

• Single sessions: please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are not refunded.

• Packages: cancellations and refunds follow the Plan Policy shown at checkout.

• Workshops and talks: cancellation terms are agreed in writing at the time of booking.

• If we need to cancel or reschedule, we'll offer a new date or a full refund.

7. Digital products
Some guides and resources are free and some are paid. Paid digital products are for your personal use. Because they're available immediately, they cannot be refunded once downloaded, unless the file is faulty or not as described. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access and accept that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins.

8. Accounts
If you create an account on the Site, please keep your login details secure and your information up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account.

9. Our content
All articles, guides, images and other materials on the Site belong to THHN or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our content. Please don't copy, republish, sell or adapt it without our written permission.

10. Your contributions
If you post comments or other content on the Site, you're responsible for it and confirm you have the right to share it. You allow us to display it on the Site. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

11. Acceptable use
Please don't use the Site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, share harmful code, or harass or abuse others.

12. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, including podcasts and articles. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Our liability
We take care to make sure our information is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services.
